Maybe this is exactly the service you need before you start building.
In our downtown studio or online, we offer 2-3 hour consultations where we discuss preliminary architectural and interior design topics based on materials you send us in advance.
The consultation does not replace the design process, but it will give you guidance on the following questions:
_You have a plot, but you don’t know what can be built on it.
• We review the building regulations relevant to your plot
• We illustrate your options with diagrams and sketches
• We summarize the most important regulations affecting your property
_You want to build, but you’re not sure about the next steps or which specialist plans you’ll need.
• We walk you through the process
• We recommend specialist engineer
_You’re considering buying real estate (plot, house, apartment) and would like an architect’s opinion.
• We review the selected property (or properties) with you, either on-site or based on the materials you send us.
• We help you choose the property that best fits your ideas.
_You’d like to redesign your house or apartment.
• We assess your needs
• We review the existing plans
• We support the process with suggestions, sketches, and ideas
• We consult with the chief architect’s office if necessary
_You’re stuck with furnishing your apartment.
• We help with layout variations
• We recommend materials and products
Come visit us and see how working together. If you decide to continue with the design process, the price of the Consultation will be credited towards the Concept Design phase.
Reviewing your materials in advance + a 2-3 hour intensive session with ideas, sketches, and two designers in our office:

Please suggest a few time slots that work for you, send us your questions, and—if available—any relevant materials, photos, or plans in any format (pdf, dwg, pln), even Pinterest boards or inspiration images. This way, we can get to know your project in advance and prepare for the meeting.
